Baltazar, Olanna and Cornelius

I guess I name my characters what I was never allowed to name my children! I always wanted to call my first son Cornelius but I wasn't allowed! And my second son Baltazar, I wasn't allowed! So here you go, featured in Junior Magazine - a print for Happy Spaces named after my imaginary children; Baltazar, Cornelius & Olanna.

The flowers in my garden

We have mostly edible things in our garden. Most flowers can be eaten without any greater harm; dandelions, chive flowers and strawberry blossoms. We're bringing up our children to try everything and not be picky. We didn't think the 1 year old would take it quite that literally. We knew he would like to try eating grass, and that's fine. Maybe a fistful of soil, that's ok too. But to be sucking on a snail? An alive one... Bring back the picky children, I say!
